My Approach
I implement effective top down (e.g. talk therapy) and bottom up (e.g. somatic, how the body feels) therapeutic approaches to instill self-understanding among clients and encourage them to adopt new attitudes and feelings towards life situations. I find it helpful to keep in mind that therapy is a process that views you as the expert of your personal experience, yet allows for you to share your experience with unbiased listening and compassion.

Getting Help
Participating in therapy is one of the most courageous things you can do for yourself and loved ones. More importantly, it is a designated time that lets you matter; lets you better understand your human experience; lets you have a trained and licensed individual or team bear witness to your past and present, while providing you with tools to help you cope, navigate, and thrive into your future.
